May and June 2021 saw Xhibit undertake works to manufacture and install COVID screens at the Google Construction Site in Kings Cross London on behalf of Macai Projects.
With a brief to increase the staffing capacity onsite, screens were installed in the two canteen areas, trade offices and the main Lendlease offices as well as changing cubicles in two changing areas.
The screen installation consisted of two phases of work over several weekends to avoid disruption at the site. With a total of 122 canteen positions, 56 trade office desk positions and 50 Lendlease office desk positions and 96 changing cubicles all fully COVID secure to enable the safe return of staff and contractors to the site.
